Ken Dychtwald, Ph.D., President

Elyse Pellman, Executive Vice President

Elyse Pellman has over 20 years of experience in consumer and B2B marketing including brand development, sales performance, advertising and public relations. She is skilled at developing strategic marketing plans, managing the tactical creation of all collateral and promotional materials for large and small companies and translating strategies into bottom-line results through her project leadership. In addition, Ms. Pellman brings her comprehensive background about the “age wave” and the marketing implications resulting from this unprecedented demographic force as a product of having working with Age Wave during the past 12 years.

As Senior Vice President, Ms. Pellman provides project leadership for Age Wave's host of research and consulting work and works closely with Ken Dychtwald on a myriad of new business initiatives. In addition, she is currently supervising the “Optimal Daily Intake” study project which includes the development, management and promotion of this landmark survey to identify nutritional targets for optimal v. adequate health. She recently managed the development of a complete turnkey seminar system, LifeCourse Navigation™, for financial services professionals and is responsible for the customization, management and sales of the program. Together with Ken Dychtwald, Ms. Pellman spearheaded the development of new corporate identity materials and other related activities, including a targeted marketing communications program and business development events for North Castle Partners, the only private equity firm focused on healthy, living and aging.

Prior to this position, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Regulus, a $200M technology bill presentment and remittance processing company where she repositioned this newly formed company with new corporate identity, marketing and sales materials as well as a company-wide internal communications plan to promote its position to the 3,000 associates in 30 national sites.

Before working at Regulus, Ms. Pellman was the Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Age Wave Communications. In her role, she was responsible for developing new business strategies for this network of mature market publications including consumer and trade marketing programs. Dan Veto, Senior Vice President

Dan Veto has over 15 years of business experience in personal financial services and healthcare with a particular emphasis on the boomer and mature adult markets. As Senior Vice President of Age Wave, Mr. Veto is responsible for helping clients identify and capture branding, marketing, product development and business strategy opportunities created by today's significantly changing demographics.

Prior to joining Age Wave, Mr. Veto served on the Board of Directors and was Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning at Bankers Life and Casualty Company, an insurance-based financial services firm exclusively focused on the mature adult market. While at Bankers, Mr. Veto initiated and implemented many successful, award-winning programs, including a program to enable the Bankers distribution force to sharply increase sales by raising their awareness of the emotional drivers of mature adult purchasing behavior. Before moving into his role at Bankers, Mr. Veto held several positions at Bankers' parent company, Conseco, including Senior Vice President, eBusiness group. As leader of this business, he turned the unit around from operating at a loss to becoming profitable in less than one year. David Baxter, Vice President, Research

David Baxter has over 15 years experience in consumer, market, and industry research and analysis. Mr. Baxter's expertise on the age wave phenomenon spans from financial services and healthcare to publishing and media, and he has overseen numerous highly acclaimed research and consumer segmentation studies exploring and uncovering unique market opportunities created by the growth of the age 50+ population.

Robyn Hamilton, Chief Administrative Officer

Ms. Hamilton has 10 years experience in administration, operations and project management. She is innovative, results-oriented professional with demonstrated organizational, marketing, strategy and research skills. In her current position, Ms. Hamilton manages all administrative and operational duties at Age Wave: including overseeing vendors, managing finances, communicating with clients and project partners, and coordinating Dr. Dychtwald's schedule. Ms. Hamilton is responsible for all aspects of Dr. Dychtwald's speaking engagement business - handling contracts, logistics and sales.

Prior to joining Age Wave, Ms. Hamilton spent four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she most recently served as a Sales Manager and Proposal Strategist. In this position, she was responsible for shaping sales strategy and writing proposal documents for audit, business assurance and consulting opportunities over $500,000 per year. Earlier in her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she served as an Industry Marketing Manager, where she implemented and managed marketing initiatives for the $40 million US Environmental Business Services practice, focusing primarily on merger & acquisition opportunities. Ms. Hamilton has a BA in Business Management from the University of Georgia.
